Returns/Refunds

I want to add to my order?

Yes you can, if your order hasn't been packed we can add items, we will give you a code that will take off the shipping to ensure you don't need to pay twice. Please contact us right away if this is the case.

Returns/Damages

If your products by any chance arrive damaged please contact us straight away with photos and we will resolve the issue by means of replacement/refund, we do package our parcels as best we can, but unfortunately, the postage system is out of our control. We cannot return due to change of mind.

Cancellation

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we cannot cancel it when the payment is made through Afterpay. 

If your order was paid via card through our site and you wish to cancel it, we MAY do so at our discretion in the case that it hasn't been packed. If your order hasn't been packed and you wish to be refunded a cancellation fee of 5% of your order will occur. This is to cover our online store gateway fees and our handling.
